Plan For Unexpected Work

Planning work on the floors is usually something that you don't think about. Usually we think of redoing our rooms like the kitchen or bathrooms. The floor is usually an indirect job, most of the time.

An example would be like you may need to have your bathroom redone, but after the assessment of the work. We realize you have to tear up the floors to get into the plumbing section. Once thats done, we have to take care of the floor issue.

Maybe its a kitchen job like replacing your countertops. During the process of replacement you realize that the floors have some warpness or minor damages issues. This can lead you into making some repairs or redoing your hardwood floors.

Swansons Contracting just want you to know that we are here to help with any of your home projects. There are times that you must have a professional like us to come in and thoroughly do quality work on the floors.
